Shipment

Orders are dispatched the same day if received before 12:45 - or next day if after. Times are indicative only and may vary according to the courier's workload.

The customer's chosen shipping method is used. Whichever shipper choice is made MotoComp-Online will forward a tracking number and a link to track & trace the package.

Note: The tracking number may only be available on the shippers website late on the day of shipping.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as freight costs.

Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment & the destination.

We cannot group orders placed separately (unless they are placed at the same time), so shipping fees will apply to each order.

The courier service is supplied on the basis that the delivery will be made during normal working hours (Monday to Friday).

This is a standard service cannot be customised - without additional cost

Returns

Goods returned must be in the original manufacturers packaging in as supplied condition & with a copy of the original invoice.

The customer/buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping which must be by secure means within 10 days of the date of delivery to the Buyer.

A tracking number must be sent to MotoComp on despatch of the package.

We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for delivery by the South African Post Office or their affiliates such.

 

Collection by Buyers Carrier.

You must supply a waybill & your courier must know who they are collecting for!
